Sorry Bino but chat had a point about the second shield, you pull out the shield to parry, but it makes it obvious you're gonna parry, ya? But if you have a second shield you swap to that has "no skill," you can use storm stomp with the shield out, and opponents will see you don't have a parry with the shield. Then, when you need to parry, swap to the same looking shield but with parry on it, and they'll not expect you can now parry. Having both equipped on the left hand makes a swap super quick so you can do both whenever you need

Bro not cooking at all about making parry a separate action key First, just as chat said, what are you gonna parrying with, a wooden staff?? Second, it's meant to be "obvious", just as parrying requires skill, baiting your opponent requires skill also. Souls battles would just transform into regular 2d fighting games, where you need to expect blocks, faints and parries at ANY point and play mind games instead of relying on game knowledge about recovery frames and similar stuff. In short, it wouldn't be FromSoft fighting style no more. Good vid!
